Refunds will be sent by the league within two weeks of receipt of the written request. Due to administrative and uniform cost, the refund schedule is as follows(there is a $20.00 non-refundable administrative fee):
100% before 3/15 less administrative fee
0% after 3/15
The postmark date on the refund request will be used as the date of the refund.
Facilites Notice
Freedom Optimist Girls Softball League games are played on county property at Eldersburg Elementary School and Freedom Park. It is the parents’ and players’ responsibility to assure that all trash is properly deposited in containers provided at the game sites.
Park only in designated area and obey no parking zones. Do NOT park on the grass at Freedom Park or across the sidewalk running along Fields 1 and 2 at Eldersburg Elementary School. There are NO pets allowed and No smoking is allowed on Eldersburg Elementary school property.
Please assist us in maintaining the facilities and observing the parking restrictions since the use of these facilities could be denied to the league in the future if we do not comply./
